Only this message want to convey to friend S.
In the past, I might feel angry when he told me whom was in hospital. Now won't. It is silly for me to be angry. But I know the reason why. Alot of things, if we are mindful then can avoid. However I also know that my angry cannot help him in any ways.
To do more watering with the good seeds. I cannot do the transformation for him. What I can do is to here.

Think of the word Habituation and found below.
Not to be confused with habit, habituation refers specifically to a type of non-associative learning in which repeated exposure to a stimulus leads to decreased responding. The learning underlying habituation is a fundamental or basic process of biological systems and does not require conscious motivation or awareness to occur. Habituation enables organisms to distinguish meaningful information from irrelevant background stimuli.
Habituation can refer to a decrease in behavior, subjective experience, or synaptic transmission.

In terms of the psychological mechanisms involved, Raison thinks that meditation allows people to experience the world as less threatening. "You reinterpret the world as less dangerous, so you don't get as much of a stress reaction," he says. Compassion meditation, for example, may help us to view the world in a more socially connected way. Mindfulness might help people to distance themselves from negative or stressful thoughts.

香港親身體驗的一次，聽著臺灣的一次，都有人哭著說不知道如何幫助身邊的親人。再一次看清楚的是，修是自己來的，別人幫不了。Thay 跟我們說，我們可以做的就是呼吸練習，把joy 和 happiness 帶來。

If a person is that tired, why not go to sleep direct but to watch TV. If we can do thing mindfully, our lives will be better. If I were him, didn't want to sleep but needed to find thing to do, would like to walk around as the place is so nice with natural beauty (I assume).
I now stop to online by 10pm (actually nothing to do but just surf around without a purpose). Go to sleep around mid-night and the quality of sleep is improving.

Still have interest to look for instant coffee. Went to Starbucks after lunch and saw 3 packs of instant coffee (new product) was selling HKD28. So cheap. Want to have a try (I may not like it but still want to try) but don't have milk at the moment. Need to think where to buy 3 packs of milk only.

If a person believes a wrong perception, what can we do? If EQ is the only issue, seem easy to resolve (at least can do something to make it better). However why no action??!!! Maybe to believe something not true is feeling better. I don't know as I won't allow myself to be in such situation.

To do this, we need a spiritual dimension in our life – a spirituality without dogma or discrimination.時常想，與其弄這麼多沒有用的培訓（這年來上過的課，什麼印象也沒有。那刻，有專心過的），何不大家一起mindful 去。

- eating together, to be together
- beloved one sits besides you but you don't pay attention to

- anger still there, but suffer less
