息事寧人

突然有種怕的感覺。很想息事寧人,不好來騷擾了。

也明白,明明是沒有計算,可看在別人眼裡,好有機心。是他們不明白,什麼也是自然而來的。

交叉腳往後,上身往前,頭差不多可以碰到大腿。

這是某晚打風的晚餐(HK$53,不需要加一)。
今午吃了差不多的,沒了加洲卷,多了炸軟殼蟹手卷和兩件帶子壽司(HK$70)。

她自己去跟老闆談論了事情,然後告訴我們。要她寫電郵來確認,要我們先寫一封詢問的,說如果就這樣寫,人們以為她在“撩起事端”。

怪人一個。怪不得小組也是這麼的“騎呢”。

我們要明白他們,否則就會驚訝。

腳跟

腳跟“踩地”做得不是太好,要努力。

生存 

晚上吃飯要了凍咖啡,三口就喝完了。想想十塊買來的台式冷飲,不無存在道理。

態度

我們所持的態度仍能改變自己的未來。所以,若身處逆境之中,能以光明、正向的態度來面對,便能產生扭轉命運的力量;相反地,若以負面、惡念來看待人、事、物,即使享有天人般的福報,也無法獲得快樂。

跟小組說,我們也負面。可以做得更好,當然會。

時時提醒自己,只起善念不起惡念,當煩惱惡念現前時,以觀行法門對治,覺察、覺照,回復良善與清淨。

做與不做,怎樣做,都是態度。

為何要

以上是朋友的話,為何要投訴??!!要去是自願的。為何要去,自己好清楚。單是看也看不完,哪有時間去做一些無謂的。

他也有做些幫人的事情,可他說出這番話。他知道不知道什麼是幫助別人呢?

服務的人,全是有障礙的人。怎能投訴??!!而,我不是為機構服務,是老師叫的,也不是服務老師,為何要投訴他們??!!

當然不是這樣。花了一百萬的舞室怎能跟飯堂比較??!!戶外表演跟規格舞臺怎能比??!!

要做的,當然不會讓環境所影響(最終如何,不能太擔心的了)。老師不在的課堂,要取消嗎?當然不能。發生了特發的,課堂可以停下嗎?突然不記得舞步,在表演中,能停頓嗎?這些這些,全是體驗回來。

還要說的是,不是想去就有得去。老師覺得不能幫忙的,沒有心的,是不能在場的。他會很凶(可以hea 著做,為何這麼緊張??!!),我們來幫忙的會被罵(我覺得他好合理)。明白嗎?不能理解,不想理解,不好做。

Revolved Abdomen Pose

這是喜歡的動作之一。下背能好好的伸展。老師提醒,不要讓腰塌下來。如果頭不能轉到腳的另一方,就不好勉強,望著上方就好。

昨天喝了阿里山金萱(網上查看,說有淡淡的奶香),都是喜歡高山烏龍多一點。

半發酵茶。對習慣喝綠茶的人來說,我們提供的烏龍綠茶口味相對來說較為清爽。因為是中度烘培,會有很香的烘培味,但表現上卻又有明亮不厚重的口感。

原來如此,怪不得喜歡。

還分什麼

成本大過利潤,還分什麼。是看錯還是不懂???!!!

我們很慘,要跟她一起工作。時常拿一些她自己都不知道有什麼用途的東西來跟我們理論。

做啦!反正都只是一兩秒的事情。等有機會,由別人提出來改正。跟她再說,傷身。

我們會停下來,不跟她玩了(以前會告訴她因為想她知道事實)。她玩大了,不懂停。

午飯匆忙地吃,熱熱的東西也吃不到美味。本來不打算吃得好,可是後來好心情,當然吃啊!要了九樣東西,才九十一(連加一了)。

朋友說他很忙,練習不了。我說行坐躺,什麼時候想練習都可以。找什麼藉口呢?!!

可怕

很可怕,可是我不驚的。只擔心小組受影響,努力做心理輔導。
猜,她們很快就會掉工作的了(或者她們在等拿了雙糧後離開)。
老闆在說話,她搖櫈搖了十分鐘。代表什麼呢??!!
她們的行為,會變本加厲,已經提醒了小組。
反省自己,可以做什麼呢?有!調節想法。是我逼得她們太緊了,因為小組做得太好。她們努力找我們的錯處。謝謝她們,這些全是我們能改進的機會。
有些時候,是我捉得太緊,是可以用另外一種態度去處理事情。相信,這又是我提升的機會。一定好好把握。
想想戶口的進帳(做第一的獎勵),呵呵!被她們討厭很值得啊!“為啖氣,唔好預我”。

另,同事說他們“玩嘢”。對我來說,沒有問題。要我付出,一定有要求。來學的好好的學,帶點誠意。傻人惡人見了很多,他們很無知。

仍然開心

雖然要處理關於山洞人一些我覺得不太合理的事情,可生活仍然開心。

好有問題

裡的動作,好有問題。肩膀為何是這樣??!!!

寫出來,是要小心選擇導師和資訊。

Start Over

"Just" starting over requires patience and determination. In Buddhism those qualities are considered paramitas, essential characteristics for spiritual growth. Patience allows you to tolerate the times you fail and the times you then forget to just start over. Determination brings into play the essential energy for directing your attention back to what needs to be done right now. Both are supported by lovingkindness toward yourself, combined with a recognition of how hard it is to stay the course when making change.

重來一次,對我來說,沒有什麼大不了。信念是,重做一次,一定比上一次好(事實,並不一定)。

這些,都是跟著老師時體驗而來的。臺上幾分鐘,所付出的不知是多少。

In Buddhism, difficult mental states of greed, aversion, sloth and torpor, restlessness and worry, and doubt are referred to as hindrances. If you fail to be mindful of a hindrance, then you can be caught by it; if you recognize it, then you have options - you can just start over.

也好比yoga,跌了下來,唯一可做,重來。

Yoga

The importance of meditation, yoga, and other spiritual practices is that they allow you to reconnect with your priorities over and over again. At least for a moment, you let loose of your fears, experience a touch of mental clarity, and feel the sweet breeze of a peaceful mind. You become accustomed to staying with yourself in moments of difficulty and learn not to let them consume your mind. You develop concentration that leads to strength of mind.

一次又一次神奇的發生,那刻,感覺微妙。

Journey

understanding the difference between the journey and the destination. Our culture is obsessively goal-oriented. Observe for yourself how much of the time you measure how well you are doing in regard to your destination while ignoring how you really feel in the moment

課堂體驗

又要等一個月才有課堂了。
今天,做得很慢(其實沒有快過)。老師說要我們記著如何做。
lunge related 的,很穩定。力量開始發放。
老師說熱身就是要為關節製造空間,很重要的。
綁來綁去的動作,有些學員做不來。老師說是肩膀還沒有準備好,沒有什麼。
上背強壯起來了。兩個人的,可以把上身在別人的背“冼”下去。雙手碰到地了。
今天的位置在老師的後方,他的動作,看得一清二楚。

Doubt

The Buddha taught that doubt is one of five hindrances that arise in the mind, clouding your judgment, limiting your ability to act, and causing great emotional disquiet.

Inquiring doubt uses mindfulness for investigation. Mindfulness practice helps overcome doubt because it acts with the confidence that it is possible "to know," or be mindful of how things are in any given moment. Or if you encounter a situation where all you know is confusion, then with mindfulness at least you have the clarity to know that you do not know. This distinction between knowing and knowing you do not know is surprisingly grounding and can stop doubt from working its way into your nervous system.

New knowledge creates new uncertainties, so that which is causing you doubt can be appreciated because it signifies new possibilities to learn about yourself.

there is no reason to fall into self-judgment when your own doubt appears. The judgment just becomes one more story, yet another layer of doubt that will ultimately have to be released.

You Paint the World with Calming Colors

每個星期都要面對數字,多數都不看成果,因為一看,心就被牽引著了。

同事有時問我的期望,沒有。很多事情沒有得控制,做好本分就好。

老師的表演

一年一度的又來了。老師說也跳不到幾多年了。這系列,沒有打算看。原因不是不知道。太近距離了(跟自己),有點不自在。又或者,去看的太多認識的人。看表演,喜歡靜靜一個人。

星期天的午餐

近這幾個星期,午餐都在這裡。食物一般,喜歡的是寧靜。另外吸引我去的當然是任吃的薑(這裡的比較甜)。

Moment

Each moment of life really weighs almost nothing, despite how heavy we often feel. The heaviness comes from our delusion, which causes us to try to either hold onto the moment if it is pleasant or push it away if it is unpleasant. Appearances to the contrary, we are not separate. Every moment of experience is made up of interconnecting conditions, which are totally dependent on one another for the moment to happen.

Yoga

In other words, when you can pay close attention to your experience as it unfolds, with each breath, each movement, each thought, each asana, and each transition—then you will be in a state of yoga. Don't try to hold on to that state either, but let it be a moment of change, an opening, a transformation.

Backbend

Deep backbends can cause a tightening of the breath, and, if your upper back isn't open, your lower back and sacrum will take the brunt of your backbending.

體驗,跟這裡說的一樣,原來是過程。

lying backbend,下背沒有用力的了。

是非

就是不知道誰是誰非,不需要太理會。可別人重視是非的(因為他們可能把不真實的當為真),就要處理了。

Focused

When you're completely focused, you can't be of two minds about something.

Your Gemstone Says You Love the World

You are at peace with your life and your place in the world.

You are not greedy or materialistic. You are generally free from desire.

You bring calm to environments. You are a good mediator.

朋友說我一定很滿意公司的福利,因為我沒有投訴過。我說我不太理會公司給我什麼的福利,有就有沒有就沒有。我要的是一個體諒的老闆,已經遇上。其他的一點也不重要(當然我好滿意現在的薪金)。

問朋友怎麼人總要投訴?!

滿足

滿足是,知道想要什麼,得到了知足。

不能

不准吃蟹(說貴),卻又坐飛機了。如何要一個小孩去明白呢?不過話說回來,小孩不知道坐飛機需要給很多的錢。

飛機票,誰付???!!!

Feel

朋友問的,以下是答案。

我告訴他,不是there,而是here。

房中的事

那天我們跟中國同事在開會,某高層(她不在場,也不知道我們開會的目的)說了一些沒有發生過的事情。很有趣。

所以,故事,聽過就算。不過,也要很清楚,誰有聽故事的能力。

有就是有

This trip, just have to go with an open mind. Just allow each moment to unfold, instead of worry this and that.

朋友還在叫口號。有些東西,有就是有,沒有就是沒有。他的當下,就是在擔心啊!不是他沒有當下,而是當下做了一些沒有價值的事情,或是擔心一些不會出現的景況。

午晚餐都吃得開心,滿足。

跟同事說,我在練習這個。

不知發生了什麼事

有人告訴我,我被描黑了(懂處理事情而已)。這個我知道,沒有什麼感覺。關心的是不好影響小組的年輕同事。

另外一些事情,老闆出面要嚴重處理(要想想用哪態度傾談)。是以上的一部分。

說不懂超過半年了,我說提供培訓也有好幾個月。想點??!!要學都要有心。

把我當作假想敵,如果能幫助她提升,絕對不介意。千萬不好有情緒病就好了。

簡化

不重要的事情她們卻事事跟進。很多很多事情,可以簡化的。可是人都不願意相信簡單的力量,總把事情弄得複複雜雜的。

一年了,還是一樣。

他們的一年,小組的一年,相差很遠。

本分

從當下做起,從本分事做起;通過本分事鍛鍊平常心,去除名利韁鎖;通過平常心鍛鍊無念,無住,無相,最后成為自在人,自由自在,不亦樂乎?

以前做好是有目的的,可現在就只是把事情做好。反正都是做,為何不做好。不為別人帶來麻煩就好了。

小變大

很小很小的事情,為何要財務總監也知道(不介意他們知道)。很小心眼(根本不懂分事情輕重)。跟他們一起,很累。

Detachment

Practice

還是空空的

朋友說他enjoy all he has now,可是為何他給我的感覺還是空空的??!!空口說白話,是他的強項。

什麼也是舉手之勞,沒什麼大不了。

信念,由體驗而來,做起來就不需要出力了。信願行。

都是一句

同事要我們回答不是我們的就可以了,我的回覆是那些東西是某某的。

都是一句話而已。

沒有來

選了四個,兩個沒來。沒來更好,不用見面。很怕在這時候選人,看的應徵信,有幾多真的對這份工作有興趣呢??!!

昨天的午餐,要了豚肉拉麵,大大碗,另外還有兩件飯團(為何要這樣配搭,兩個人也夠吃)。肚子不太舒服,連麵裡的蔬菜也吃不完,肉只吃了一片。整碗麵看不到油但感覺油膩。離開的時候,那碗麵好像沒有吃過一樣。

下次都不好要肉了。其實不是什麼肉也不吃,今天吃了數粒雞肉和十二片肉乾。

肉,不吃沒有不舍。能吃就吃一點吧!

智慧知道怎樣才是剛剛好的力度。

還在問的問題,如果生在那時,會走革命的路嗎?問過同事,她說我會的。
越來越喜歡潘燦良,是舞臺的星星。
凌文龍,一個新面孔。頗喜歡他。

這戲劇,不打算寫什麼看後感了(一句,好看)。可以說的是,對歷史的興趣大了。老了,去讀近代史(用智慧去看從前)。

來得很凶,比打風時候更厲害。不回家吃飯了,風很大,外邊很多聲音。

後話:到街上一走,看見了路被封了,有危險招牌。地上也有玻璃碎。

課堂體驗

整個身體都很累,關節硬硬的。
暖了身也沒有幫助。
可是到了做sun salutation 的時候,身體頗能適應。背是軟軟的。
留意到別人的呼吸有點問題,跟著老師就出聲了,說喉嚨被鎖著。
坐著,只留意呼吸,什麼也不做。這很難,一留意呼吸就刻意呼吸了。
老師說,課堂中,跟我們聯繫的只有身體。

Nothing to Improve

昨天聽到的話。可他補充了一句,有些工序來得不合理。可那不是我能控制的範圍。

我們三個工序,一天能完成。當中要等別的做其中一個程序(相對來說,不需要查看,用的時間很少),他們不滿一天的規定。

罵人

同事跟我說她聽回來的我好罵人,小組說不是啊!快要走的說我沒有罵過她。

罵人,總有一個原因。

同事跟我說了幾個故事,我說沒有一個是事實,總有些不對的地方。她說每個故事一個人說。嘩!我這麼出名???!!!

別人看我好有目的,沒有。只知道用的方法對,效果就來。

課堂體驗

lunge 又好warrior 又好,老師說大腿的力量好重要,那裡有力,腹一收,身軀就起來了。
lying twist,老師好強調要挺腰。
warrior II,如要測試伸直的腿有沒有站穩,老師說提起大拇趾就知道的了。
lying knee to chest,攬著膝來做,可伸展多一些。

Facebook

I have deleted the 4 messages left in my friend's facebook. It means alot to me.

A wall is for decoration only, cannot write thing which is real.

I really don't mind. I need to respect the feeling of the person.

朋友弄亂了。別人的話不重要,是他自己所表現出來的而別人看到的。懂看的人有很多,而願意提醒的可很少。如果自己還是不能分辨是非,最好不要把私人資料公開那麼多。

What to Focus

The first step toward improving your mental game is staying focused and avoiding negative self-talk. There's a litany of things you shouldn't focus on while competing, beginning with the uncontrollable, such as the weather, the draw, poor officiating, or bad sportsmanship. You waste time and energy by giving any thought to them. Ditto for thinking twice about your opponent: "Ninety-nine out of 100 people who focus on their opponents self-destruct," says Goldberg. Reliving bad calls or botched passes is also unhelpful, as is thinking about winning in general.

"Focus specifically on what you have to do to win, not just on winning,"

until you focus on the breath and the details of the poses, establishing the link between the body and mind, your practice will not improve.

朋友,看看吧!

在管理準備訓練中,談什麼的政治呢?政治根本不是用來談的,是手段。身處高層,一定存在政治;不過不好跟他們談。明白嗎?政治,有時侯是用來整治的。

Stretch

When your pelvis remains stable, you're more likely to feel the stretch where it's intended—in the inner right groin.

這伸展出現時,總是喜歡。起初,沒有這感覺。

簡單

Beside having the skills, the person must have the heart as well. If the person can see beautiful things, sure can take nice pictures. The pictures is alive. If cannot have heart, the technique can be nice but the picture looks mechanical.

可以跟他說的方法是,簡單。不需要想這麼的多。技巧,是另外的一些事情。

他時常把一些所謂的道理掛在口邊,對他來說一點用也沒有。做過了才說吧!體驗,明白嗎?

機會,機遇

沒有什麼,看自己,有沒有心。看到看不到,很個人的。

有同事感到灰灰的,始終是第一次面對這些事情。
有同事很努力地說要在短短的時間把事情學回來(他們這樣想,問題已經沒有了)。
而我,沒有什麼大感覺。想想工作的安排,還可以。應該不會出現大混亂。人很心安。這樣,很足夠了。

To increase your food flexibility, don't simply accept the "rules" of others for what, when, and how much to eat. Question and explore for yourself.

Getting more and more bound up by rigid rules and restrictions, such as inflexible food dos and don'ts, only serves to further imprison us.

In both food and yoga practices, it's essential to remain alive, conscious, and present in the moment. By not adhering blindly to strict rules or rigid structures, you can allow the process itself to teach you the best way to actually go about the practices.

納豆

終於試了,六小卷,只能吃罷三件。

安息

因工作關係,十分留意世界發生的意外。五點多就看到新聞說印尼地震(現死亡人數有三十),立即問他知道不知道,答案是不知道。他告訴我傭人要回家,他哭。可是,人家住的地方發生事故,他卻這樣。不開心。

Sacrifice

"If you give this up, you'll get something better in return." From the Vedic point of view, sacrifice is considered something that is offered, not lost. It is given without the expectation of receiving anything in return. This is a fourth definition of the multifaceted concept of nectar, as "wisdom that is gained without begging."

Whether it's a "good" yoga practice or a "bad" one, whether or not you are able to sustain your focus, you offer up the practice as your sacrifice. But when your actions aren't offered with a sense of sacrifice, but rather are motivated by a desire for personal gain, then you look to the actions themselves as the key to your reward. You start desiring a body that can be toned by asanas, or you want to develop increased flexibility as the nectar of your practice, missing out on the true amrita: the inner balance that the practice may offer.

Corpse

In Corpse Pose, students symbolically "die" to their old ways of thinking and doing. The normally perceived boundaries of body image dissolve, and a state of blissful neutrality is entered. To practice Savasana, start by aligning the body.

"Abandon nothing. Take up nothing. Rest, abide in yourself, just as you are."

Teacher reminded this was the most important pose during practise.

接受

要學會的是接受別人的堅持。不想那重複再重複的情緒出現再出現,也不想逃避了事。

後話:知道了,不高興是因為不被尊重。

咖啡

有時侯會到7仔買咖啡(HK$9.5),想想,不如買台式(起碼新鮮點)。試了(不奶,合意),得(HK$10)。

那天,到了灣仔的檀島,咖啡不好(食物也不好)。

這個,好味道。集齊印仔換回來的。

唔好多事

同事提醒我的。講完。

終於有人明白(那個她的上司)。不是一兩分鐘的事情可以亂來,積少成多。做,沒有問題(就算知道是浪費),一定要懂是非黑白。

Acceptance

Balance

Someone who is stressed-out and vata-deranged, for example, may be drawn to things that tend to put their vata further out of balance, whether that's the food they eat, the style of yoga they practice, or the work they do. Get yourself in balance, however, and choices that tend to keep you in balance, and which better reflect your true nature, become more attractive.
