被問

朋友總是不間斷的問著相同的事情。
有沒有去幫忙老師?剛剛才完了為期三十小時的活動,不過我走了幾堂課。
可以在平時的晚上幫忙嗎?不需要加班嗎?有需要自然不加班。
驚訝我會拿假期來幫忙。有什麼問題呢?就算要我給錢買機票飛到別處也可以啊!能夠付出,有人願意給我幫忙,是天大的福氣。

Open

Yoga can support the whole being if the student is open to the process. How open a student is often depends not only on how we teach technique, but on how we present our understanding. How we demonstrate essence and spirit in our teaching depends on how much we are actually living yoga, how heart-connected we are, and how much depth and wisdom we have developed.

老師說不好只管看書。

Awareness allows us to experience the subtler aspects of life and marks a step on our inner journey toward self-realization. Once we have forged a conscious relationship with that which is beyond the “little” us, then we can bring that connection and understanding into our everyday lives. Only then can we truly permeate our lives and teachings with depth and meaning.

Spiritual knowledge comes only from a great deal of study and personal self-development. It takes time to develop true wisdom and a grounded, authentic spirituality. This cannot be achieved from books, and if we attempt to teach what we do not know, our students will quickly perceive this. If our spirituality is grounded in authentic realization, then we develop a heart-connected relationship with all of life and, therefore, with our students. Then even simple practices become potent.

老師就是這樣的了。他說如果不明白他為何要我們這樣做,我們沒有長大。

There are also skills that we can learn, such as how to really listen to others, how to respond effectively, and so on.

Only teach what you have studied, learned, and embodied. Recognize your level and do not to teach beyond it.

Do not be afraid to make mistakes; this is how we grow.

說句對不起??!!

今早放了半天假,那個“她”早上回來就語氣很差(同事說的)的指著空空的位置問人何時出現。

什麼事令她這樣呢?好肯定與我有關(是我給了她壓力,肯定)。她情緒出現問題了。如果沒有看錯,真的要跟她說聲對不起(雖然不關我事)。衷心的。

她很奇怪的。我問小組一些程序,我說一句她說一句,不知她想怎樣。

我會玩人,不過不會跟人家鬥氣的。

過程

人生在於做事情的過程,謀事而非謀人。成功是把事情做好的副產品,重要是體會做事情的良好體驗。

不累,就是這原因。工作上什麼也不想得到,全是虛無縹緲的;可會努力體驗。

消極,積極

關於小男孩,已經做好心理準備有一日他會被警察拉,朋友說是消極。這是積極,擔憂也幫助不了他,除非讓他遇上他願意聽的。講緣分。人生裡跌一跤未嘗不是好事??!!如要學乖,早一點總比遲一點好。看著朋友三十多歲人,做了父親,還不知所謂;不無心痛。

Zero

become zero. Stop everything. Want nothing. If you have a desire, desire to be desireless. We always have desires. Each thought leads to feelings and desires. So direct that desire to be desireless. Feel everything as a gift of the Infinite. Feel you lack nothing and that this moment is as it is, complete and present.

這感覺,對我來說不陌生。

Respond

This is where yogic philosophy can be useful. It teaches that, ultimately, no one can control what’s going to happen. Despite your best efforts, some bad things undoubtedly will occur. All you can do is try to plan intelligently, give your best effort, let the universe take its course, and, when it does, respond as well as you can. When you realize that you ultimately don’t have control over the future, it can take the pressure off—and that alone may reduce anxiety.

這方面,努力體驗中。今晚跟朋友說為何要介意??!!介意了又如何??!!

快樂可以好簡單

今晚看表演聽到的話。不是叫口號,而是快樂真的可以好簡單。

妹妹與貓

妹妹告訴我,貓兩歲。

課堂體驗

躺著的時候,老師要我們好好的做對衡(手跟腳),這方面能掌握到。
老師說做downward facing dog 的時候是看不到腳跟的。
老師來調整了前腳跟,做著warrior II 的時候。就是那麼一點點,反映在鏡中的自己,有著不同。
還是做不好boat,心會跳得很快。不敢勉強。
roll,做得暢順。
跟陌生人做背對背坐,她的背壓了過來。呼吸被影響了。
老師說,人生,有三分之一我們可以掌握。進入課堂,要的只是neutral(他說學員們好有選擇,選自己喜歡的來聽)。我想回應的是,做最少,不做無謂的。

Triangle

"Since yoga is a discipline to generate energy and vitality," says Sanchez, "the purpose of the exercises is to have the proper alignment and weight distribution so that your body will work the least. That way you get the most out of the exercise. In Trikonasana, about 25 to 35 percent of the weight should be on the back foot, 65 to 75 percent on the front foot."

還沒有做好的動作之一。

The third stage of Kripalu Yoga is allowing yourself to be moved by prana. "This stage of practice is not something you can make happen," explains Minyé. "It arises through deep concentration and total surrender, often after you've held a pose for a long time. Something else takes over, and you're moved by something beyond your mind. says Peters, he thinks that for beginners, trying to deepen and extend the breath in Trikonasana doesn't enhance the pose, but instead throws first the back ribs and then the whole torso out of alignment. Rather than addressing pranayama in asana, Iyengar Yoga prefers to teach it as a separate practice.

又點

很多別人很想得到的,我都得到過。又怎樣??!!同事很明白一時的光輝不代表什麼。我們努力尋找自己的價值(不是自卑)。這樣,事情做起來就好滿足。

小女孩

跟小女孩通訊(用同一部電腦),有趣。
我們寫什麼,要她選圖,不過要告訴我那是什麼。又寫名字(寫她的,媽媽的,我的),她不太懂小階英文(選錯的字,教她按哪個按鈕,她會說取消)。她的表達能力好好,兩個同類型的圖案,她會說兩杯“嘢飲”。

過去一周到了三間沒有去過的店。

魚生飯,材料頗多,不知道是九折後加一還是沒有加一(HK$74)。會再
壽司跟麵加飲品(HK$80 + 10%)。咖啡用小壺弄的,杯子加熱了。會再
燒肉,免費。不會再

活動日誌

來了天水圍的一群年青人。看著他們,有點失望。為誰活動?是學員。他們卻跟自己人一起。很被動。活動完了,第一時間想走人,不問問有什麼需要幫忙。

分享時間,他們說著感覺溫暖的話。很不能明白他們。

跳舞時間,學員比他們記得的還多。那刻,真的無言。老師對他們的表現不高興,他們白白浪費了機會(可能他們對陌生環境感到不自然)。學習,由自己出發。

學員們有些想哭啊!第一次。

明年應該能跟他們再次在一起。

無賴

同事們都頗無賴的,沒有談過的就說已經存在。不談也寫幾個字來。

跟小組說他們怕了我,拒絕談論,叫她們名字都不抬頭。明白的。反正是他們需要我們我們不需要他們,不理就不理。他們的問題,我們有好好的研究,老闆一問就有答案了。不是我們不提供他們答案,而是他們聽不明白,不願意打開心。

這裡

有人告訴我她的朋友告訴她這裡有名,喜歡的是什麼呢?

我自己都好喜歡這裡,有能量的。

看到電郵的一刻,有點意外。

不理過程

另一個她說,她要結果,不理過程。可以的嗎???!!!沒有走過路,怎能到終點??!!!

吸引了很多不能說道理的人,好,試煉。做好自己就是了。不會逃避,積極面對,努力學習。

跟她說可以用某些資料來分析,她說沒有。今天看看資料,有啊!

很是相信,有與沒有,跟事實無關。

照顧

所謂好的修行人,不是指心中沒有憤怒、痛苦的人,因為這完全不可能,而是懂得如何在憤怒、痛苦生起時,立刻照顧它們的人。相反地,一個沒有修行,不知如何處理憤怒的人,當憤怒的能量生起時,很容易就會被這種情緒所淹沒。

如果我們學習過正念的生活,就不會被憤怒淹沒,因為你會邀請正念的種子來照顧它。而且,念念分明地呼吸與走路,可以幫助你達成這個目標。

遲了三年

朋友用bb 的方法來教導一個六歲小朋友串字(全屋的傢俱貼一張紙條。我覺得好像家裡有人患了老人癡呆症),請停。如果孩子真的不能記著怎樣寫一個英文字,請留意他有沒有學習障礙。

上小學,要默書。怎算??!!

那次,看照片,呆了一呆。怎麼還玩bb 玩具車??!!

聽說他不能好好拋球,是小肌肉運用得不好。請留意。

又說待買了白板才教導算術,拿起紙就可以隨時開始了。

一定

同事走來問來問去,想我說“一定”。沒有可能有“一定”,死纏爛打也沒用。她們不是來瞭解事情,而是希望真實會改變。

Commit

"If you commit to a practice that enlivens your life, brings feelings of accomplishment and well-being, and helps relieve stress and pain, how can you not stay focused?"

終於,回歸平淡。晚上要了炒麵跟白粥。沒有好想吃好想吃日本餐的欲望了。

Thinking

Thinking tends to be for and against—and to be intolerant of thoughts that do not obviously concur. This is often referred to as "the disease of the mind is to set mind against mind."

Rather than eliminate thinking, you could say that one of the basic skills to develop in meditation is to be able to hold and sustain contradictory thoughts—calming the impulse to eliminate the opposition.

什麼的不同都可以和平共處,這是近來的體驗。

昨天畫的畫,就是我畫一些你畫一些。到了後來,畫還是畫。我畫的,開始是三個連在一起的汽球。

活動日誌

第三次了。老師跟他們說明年再見。
沒有想過會一起畫畫,跟著一起跳舞。
一開始,年輕人就忙著捉著學員的手來幫助他們。不需要的,讓他們自己來才是目的。
看著一群年輕人,不太投入的就做得不好。學員的學習態度不比他們差。
自己的反應也快了,一個不太懂走路的怎可以做火車頭,立即叫年輕人換一換位置。

課堂體驗

seated wided-leg forward bend,還是沒有辦法。老師來推我的背也沒有幫助。膝內側的筋拉扯著。
side plank,左轉右轉,都很穩定。
warrior I,開始做到一個像樣的。沒有勉勉強強。
老師再三說,要用腹部力量的動作,如果事後頸覺得累的話,就是用錯力了。

尋找幸福

原來是沒有的。幸福的一刻,元素很多,不同就是不同。就算是相同的元素,幸福感未必一定來。

從吃而起的。

明天告訴大家,幸福是否還在那裡。

什麼是soon?不可以給一個確實日子嗎?有些時候,省時間說明白就可以了。

話又說回來,為何時常都說省時間呢?別人可沒有覺得有這需要。

情緒

跟她們說看中醫,疑惑不相信。為何不試一試呢??!!!

我看情緒病,就是不相信別人,不願意相信。

信任別人被別人信任,就是一種福氣。

快樂

剛剛唱了一次(加動作)明天可能要表演的自創歌詞,很快樂啊!開心真的很容易。

Blessing

"In everything give thanks." What he means is that from your limited perspective it is not possible to know the outcome of any event. What can seem unfortunate at first may turn out to be an unforeseen blessing.

近來跟同事說得多的是,一時風光不代表什麼。跟她分享的是得過傑出員工獎的也差不多被炒(這段經歷,給了我很多,很多正面的能量)。

聽說,有十一人要離開(應該是下個月或是十月)。無論怎樣,對我來說都要離開那地方。

No Distraction

Students need to be reminded that if their minds are distracted, then they are not really practicing asana. They are simply stretching muscles and ligaments, and missing important spiritual and psychological benefits.

時常都說得不到效果,就是方法不對。改一改(很多時候都是一些細微的改動),找到了alignment,就是了。

No Control

Abdominal Breathing

Abdominal breathing, in which the diaphragm is used to maximum advantage on the inhalation and the abdominal muscles help squeeze air out on the exhalation, results in larger breath volume. It turns out that slower, deeper breaths are much more efficient in bringing oxygen into the body while not exhaling more carbon dioxide (CO2) than is desirable. Rapid, shallow breaths, in contrast, tend to deplete CO2 levels, which has a number of negative effects, including promoting mental agitation.

A simple technique, which can provide almost instant stress reduction, is to lengthen the exhalation relative to the inhalation.

全試了

朋友說試了很多都無用,我說我的那個沒有嘗試。反正都試了這麼多,為何不多試一次???!!!

說蜜糖也有咖啡因(不知道蜜蜂接觸過什麼的植物),不能喝;可喝奶茶(茶的咖啡因也不低的)。都是不多說了,說了對大家無益。

當同事指出我的矛盾處,會欣然接受,立即反省。有人肯願意出聲,要感恩。

得罪

同事問我如何寫才不得罪別人,我說怎樣也會得罪人的。如果那人知道自己做的不太對,就不需要別人來說了。要別人來說的,就是那人不自知。

從來沒有這方面的煩惱,因為我不怕得罪人。被得罪,是自己的事(感受在別人那裡)。

近來跟同事說得多的是,沒有人會特意做錯事情,也沒有人特意說話弄得別人不高興。告訴她,我努力學習寬容。

改變

別人不願意合作,可做的就是停止做現在做的。不做後,看看對別人的影響。

有空間,感覺舒服,哪還計較??!!!這是從老師那裡體驗回來的(助人自助活動裡學習回來的)。

千斤重

每天不需要五分鐘,可討論就用了超過十五分鐘。真的,對有些人來說,什麼都是千斤重。他們寧願把不知道是什麼的東西傳給整個部門也不願意看看是誰人的。

要開始,老闆選了小組,我樂意送他們半個月的服務。說的只是清理傳來的fax。

後話:沒有需要我處理的。他們就是喜歡浪費時間討論,根本沒有什麼的問題。付出一秒鐘,就是這麼簡單。

做明天的

小組裡時常開玩笑說我們做著明天的事情。這是一種鼓舞。

能感受幸福,是福氣。

Realization of Yoga

The realization of yoga is to be fully conscious, present, and content at whatever stage of the practice you have attained. Paradoxically, when you are truly satisfied right where you are, your pose often opens up and you can easily move forward.

就是喜歡騷擾別人(當然當事人並不覺得)。叫他不好寫一些我不需要看的東西給我,或是寫完就走,不理有沒有回應。每次情緒都被騷擾。

叫停叫不了,自己來管自己。

Practice

"Control over the mind's fluctuations comes from persevering practice and nonattachment" (1.14). These two guiding concepts—abhyasa (persevering practice) and vairagya (nonattachment)—are not just the key to overcoming your resistance; they are also the key to yoga.

discipline is not something that I force upon myself. It is something that I cultivate and which arises in me as a result of two things: my clarity of intention and my commitment.

When you practice from clarity, you diminish the time you spend caught up in doubt and questioning.

Yoga is a practice not only of action but also of observation and faith.

I have heard this called "idiot compassion." It means offering forgiveness and acceptance with no discrimination. Failing to hold the thief accountable for his crime is not proper application of vairagya; we can have compassion for his suffering and still require that he spend time in jail. Our compassion is only real and valuable when it will serve to reduce suffering. When we let go of our beliefs of how the world should be and instead acknowledge the world as it actually is, we can then work from a heart of compassion to alleviate suffering and to serve others (and ourselves) in the highest sense possible.

居然要作曲,又得。

更正,其實是作詞。

看著他們,努力地抄(有個超過六十歲的,居然可以讀默),然後努力地唱。有些不知道他們唱什麼,可知道他們是跟我們唱著相同的。

很快的,下個星期是最後的一課了。

學佛,關鍵是培養坦然面對人生的勇氣,培養透視世間萬象的超然。如果對什麼都患得患失,對什麼都不肯放下,這顆心又如何得到清凈、得到安寧?

吃了別的

不滿足。午餐吃素(不清淡),晚上吃麵。

美好的梵唄,需要自己與他人種種因緣的和合。過程中,不僅是技巧的純熟、音聲的美妙,更是一種修行。它需要「四心」:恭敬心、願心、專心及耐心;不要「一心」──即是慢心。

自生自滅

都唔好玩的,什麼也不可以做。放棄了,懶理是零分。

都是一樣的

今天的體驗是,forward bend 跟arm raise 是一樣的,同樣能把身體內裡伸展(特別指下腹)。

Indeed it is Simple

The team that you are in have done well. How do they balance out between getting the task done and stressing themselves out?

Friend asked.

To me, never be such complicated. Simple is the answer.

Cannot complete the work????? Simplified it. It may refer to mental thinking.

Don't think a person is in stress can do a great job.

Do a lot of re-engineering and let team have time to do their own job without thinking time is not enough.

半天

早上沒有上班,用來睡覺。吃了飯,回到公司才一點。

Aspiration

Right intention is a continual aspiration.

活得好,就是動力。哪裡去找???!!!

Right intention is like muscle—you develop it over time by exercising it. When you lose it, you just start over again. There's no need to judge yourself or quit when you fail to live by your intentions. You are developing the habit of right intention so that it becomes an unconscious way of living-an automatic response to all situations. Right intention is organic; it thrives when cultivated and wilts when neglected.

很多時候,就是不需要用力。

Moment

when you can pay close attention to your experience as it unfolds, with each breath, each movement, each thought, each asana, and each transition—then you will be in a state of yoga. Don't try to hold on to that state either, but let it be a moment of change, an opening, a transformation.

There is no HOW, just do it and pay attention.

沒有上課三個星期,可身體還在“張開”中。有點不可思議,不過是真實的。

政治

美國可到中國的卻不可。

幸福感

午餐吃了HK$68 + 10% 的sushi set,東西不太多,六件壽司(魚和帆立貝)、三件卷物、沙律和湯。吃罷壽司(有三款吞拿魚),幸福感已在。

晚餐又是日本餐(還在發瘋中)。要了八件小卷、六件壽司和一手卷,HK$61 + 10%。

很不同

朋友說老闆的電郵先讀,我是把它放到最後的。如果很急的,老闆的電話已經到了。

另,朋友說五分鐘可以完成的,先做。我會給同事做。一個五分鐘,五個就二十五分鐘了。不知道有多少。可以的,讓同事嘗試。這才是小組本色。

又說電郵給自己的先讀,我反而讀其他,看看同事做的事情妥當與否。

The Act of Meditating

Mainly we are hindered by routine and conditioning, not "reality." Often our sense of limitation is a habituated response to the day-to-day events of our lives, created by our own minds. Our idea of who we are and what we're capable of is something that can change: We can continue to live within the bounds of our conditioning, or we can change and begin to live in a new way. The act of meditating is a challenge to that habituated construct of limitation.

Only when we have trust.

Our meditation is about testing and exploring the direct reality of our experience, moment by moment. Otherwise, our effort in meditation becomes just another story we tell, not our true practice of freedom.

Discrimination

discriminating between appropriate and inappropriate actions is very different from forming judgments about the person performing the action.

As yoga teachers, we must recognize the distinction between judgment--which is subjective--and discrimination--which is objective. Discrimination is essential for a yoga teacher. We must be able to think, "This pose is being done incorrectly. I must change what the student is doing or she will get injured." Such necessary discrimination comes from knowledge, experience, and the urge to help. Because recognizing misalignment does not depend on the subjectivity of the observer, any teacher with proper training will perceive the same problem.

On the other hand, judgment is based on "me"--my beliefs, my opinions, my prejudices.

"correct" or "incorrect" is a matter of the appropriateness of the instruction for the situation.

If we focus instead on the form that the student must attain because it is the "perfect form"—the ideal pose, the highest truth—then we may harm rather than help our students.

問問題

用問題幫助同事解決問題,她覺得很好,很能令她明白。

Art of Living

The Art of Living is not all breathing. A booklet we were given to take home with us summarizes the Shankar credo: "One God, One Truth, One World." Here, in just 12 easy-to-read pages, are the "Eighteen Laws of Spiritual Life." Some are familiar self-help messages like "Stop blaming others and yourself," "Let go of the past," and "Have confidence in yourself." Some echo Buddhism: "Acceptance of the present moment," and "Impermanence." Others recall Judeo-Christian principles: "Trust the supreme and infinite intelligence which has formed this entire creation."

其實,要做的就是這麼簡單。

自動化

可以自動化的,可是被區域拒絕了,說星洲用的是另一方法,我們也要做相同的。他們的方法是半自動化。

我會繼續爭取的。

Rule

To increase your food flexibility, don't simply accept the "rules" of others for what, when, and how much to eat. Question and explore for yourself. For instance, if you're told that yoga practitioners don't eat for seven hours before a practice, question it: "Does that sound like a good idea for my system? How do I feel if I go without eating that long? What are the benefits for me? What are the detriments?" Getting more and more bound up by rigid rules and restrictions, such as inflexible food dos and don'ts, only serves to further imprison us.

"Remember, yoga is about freedom, including freedom from your own strong beliefs and ideas," Kraftsow says. "So don't get caught in them."

昨晚在沒有準備的情況下吃了十件壽司,才五十塊。

今天午餐,不日本了(想著的),可最後還是日本店。吃了七件壽司、六件小卷、兩個前菜、湯還有麵。四十五塊,吃得很開心。

Breathing

Breathing is ideally a process of maximum efficiency with minimum effort. Its efficiency depends on the correct functioning of the diaphragm, a strong sheet of muscle that separates the heart and lungs from the abdomen. Each breath starts in response to a message from the respiratory center in the brain which causes the diaphragm to activate. It flattens into a disc, making the lower ribs swing out and thus increasing the volume of the chest cavity. The lungs follow this expansion, creating a partial vacuum that pulls air into the lower lungs, much like a bellows.

When we exhale, the diaphragm simply relaxes. The lungs have a natural recoil that allows them to shrink back to their regular size and expel air. The abdominal muscles and muscles of the rib cage can enhance this process, but it is the release of the diaphragm and the recoil of the lungs that are the crucial elements in the exhalation. After a pause, the breath cycle begins again, a pumping rhythm we can all easily feel. When our breathing apparatus is working efficiently, we breathe six to 14 times per minute at rest.

不做我們來做

做payment 的,退款要我們跟進。她很有問題。好!我來做,直接跟中國同事聯絡。
弄好這事情後,會跟她說下次請自己做。
中國同事願意跟進(是他們的工作部分),只是她覺得是我們的事宜。好怕這種人,不知就裡的就被她擾亂而不能把工作完成。

Better than last quarter. If you ask me what I have done, I will tell you nothing. Really nothing as I am not aim at the target to do the work. Need to do it then do it. No need to delay then not to delay it.

問問題真的需要技巧的。哈哈!最討厭的是第四項。星洲人最喜歡問我們為什麼,我總是跟同事說知道就不會錯啦!跟我們說如何糾正不是比較好嗎?看不到為何我們出錯,是能力問題啊!

最喜歡做的就是最後的一項,別人不敢問的,我會。怕什麼?問錯了又無壞的。低低能能地問是可以的嗎!

跟“新”同事的磨合,我就問了第六項。真的,她喜歡做那項就那項,沒有所謂。反正,什麼我也要負責的。

點解

同事時常問我為何某些人總是重複犯相同的錯誤,我說沒有人用心地錯的。要他們改嗎?他們不覺得有這需要。於是,什麼也會是一樣。

同事說某同事不敢正面看我,說沒有信心。我說我才在這裡一年。

他們天天被我們發現錯處,也難怪的。

食得好開心

午餐吃不飽(食物不好吃),晚上本來想吃少一點(近來吃得太多),最後吃了叉燒拉麵、黃蘿蔔小卷八件、燒墨魚嘴和燒京蔥(本來還想吃燒鯖魚)。只須六十六加一。

午飯時到了日又排隊夜(六點就開始的了)又排隊的壽司店,看看如何的厲害。只吃了一碟,已經想走。最後都只是吃了兩藍碟和兩手卷(幸紫菜也可以)。這麼一吃,四十八加一。

卷物可以是弄好的,要的時候把保鮮紙去掉。軍艦的飯是預先弄好的,要的時候圍上紫菜。

無糖都甜

要了百香烏龍,已經是無糖,也甜。沒有茶的味道,有很化學的香味。

Response-ability

Swami Muktananda, once described a yogi as a person who knows how to turn every circumstance of life to his advantage, not because a yogi is an opportunist—at least not in the usual sense—but because he turns every moment into yoga. He takes whatever happens, whatever material life throws him, and works with it. He learns how to turn to his inner ground, his own being, and from there to tune his inner state to meet the situation creatively.

For a yogi, the word "responsibility" is actually thought of as "response-ability"—the skill of responding spontaneously and naturally from a core of inner stillness in such a way as to take a situation to a higher level. I've always felt that this is what is meant in the Bhagavad Gita by that beautiful verse: "Yoga is skill in action." Skill in action is the skill of knowing how to respond to situations from your center, when you stand your ground so firmly that nothing can knock you off track.

鄰坐的兩個人,居然用電話來傾談,還要大大聲笑引我注意(是那女子)。這個女子,不好騷擾我的同事。

叫了同事幫忙看看我是否察覺錯誤,那女子知道我知道,不講了。

今天確診,同住的家人在剛過去的週末還四處走動跟人吃飯。

可是

今天到了一間新開的店吃麵,送的冷盤小吃好,湯好,料好,連杯熱茶到了最後喝都好,可是自家製的麵條不好,水餃皮不好(裂開的)。安慰自己說,是無添加。

Cost and Return

又說被員工偷錢,又說沒錢改善系統。計過數沒有???!!!

其實,如果員工要偷,總有辦法的。不是系統不系統的問題(系統只是程序設計的一部分,監管在人),關鍵在於要員工去收錢上。改善了系統,員工都可以叫顧客直接給錢他而不經過系統。工作上有很多無謂的陷阱,要一一消除。

有限的資料,意見只可以給這麼多。

這個範圍,可說是我的專業。要解決嗎?讓我寫一份計畫書,收錢的。電話費自付。

回覆

要看到某人的回覆,要等彩數的。不太介意(想介意也無從介意)不過也要寫他一兩句。做人做成這樣,何解???!!!

好肯定他是我的逆緣,也要珍視的。

得失從緣

《達磨二入四行觀》云:「得失從緣,心無增減。」面對壓力,最好的解決方法即是保持「平常心」。有了安穩的心,沈著應對,壓力自然而然減輕。心能清楚明白,不被得失所左右,按部就班,踏實前進,必能超越一切挑戰。

相信因果因緣,生活也變得簡單了。簡單是不需要花時間左思右想。

空間

空間影響了一切。那天午飯吃壽司,人很多,座位中間沒有空間。不喜歡一下子叫太多的東西,喜歡兩碟兩碟地“落order”。那天叫了三碟(煎玉子好味道,黃魚也好好吃)。後看見別人的東西來得很慢,想吃也沒有行動了。只在迴轉輸送帶上多取一碟。

吃得很少,只四碟。

分享

有事情跟別人分享,心是滿滿的。

一樣的

看了一短片,是老師跟一些青少年的訓練課。堂上做的,對我來說並不陌生。在想,老師的一套,為何可以套在不同人的身上,健全的有障礙的。

是否我們並沒有分別??!!老師的態度很明顯,答案是大家是一樣的。

最基本

Remember that Pranayama should be satisfying and enjoyable. Therefore, it should not be practiced in a way that will push you beyond your limits. Some may think that Pranayama is all about how long you can hold your breath, which is incorrect. It is about controlling one's breath in a way that it comes out smoother and more relaxed, making exhalation an important part of Pranayama.

Also, you should not practice Pranayama if you are emotionally upset or tired. You must be relaxed before doing it so that you will not immediately get exhausted or run out of breath.

以上一段文字,套用在其他事情上,我覺得可以,也很配合。

用最基本的,什麼問題也可解決,不需要複雜。

朋友的重點在吸氣,不是的(要專注的地方弄不清楚,怎學習???!!!)。老師要我們用口呼氣,是有原因的,我們還不懂重視呼氣,這個練習讓我們專注應留意的事情。

昨晚經過,還沒有吃東西,看見有八塊的煙肉蛋,買。熱辣辣,很不錯。

YEAH

不用看守則也能說出內容,Yeah!

時常說,有了logical 和 common sense,問題很容易解決。

感想

有些東西如果不是寫下,就什麼印象也沒有。

咖啡

昨天在美心買麵包的時候買了熱咖啡(上次問沒有的),只需要六塊,可接受。

近來愛吃這裡的度小月肉燥包。

成長

成長定律:不管走出多少步,沒走好的那步,返回來還得重走。

錯了重做,正正是工作的寫照。

智者定律:不做絕事,不誇耀自己成功,不在同一個地方跌到兩次。

時常說的,不怕把事情做錯,知道了就不可再錯。

小組的心態或多或少是這樣的,免了很多的麻煩。

Purification

The discipline of yoga is a purification practice, but not in the sense that we Americans seem so inclined to believe. The goal is purification not for the sake of perfection but for the sake of freedom. If you practice backbends intent upon eradicating aspects of yourself that you see as somehow "not measuring up," such as weak muscles, stiff joints, or protective insulation, you succeed only in beating yourself up. There's no freedom on that path and, incidentally, no purification either. It's a path that leads only deeper into neuroses.

偏不相信,行動印證了。何苦!

The point of this practice is not to become someone else but to become more fully yourself, to achieve not the glorious backbend pictured on a yoga calendar but the one that is at once stable and comfortable for your body and glows with an inner experience of joy, exhilaration, and freedom.

The breath comes in and out. Just like everything, there is input and output. There is a process to produce the output. This cannot be come out automatically without any effort.

Friend told me he aimed to have this book to improve the outcome of the yoga practise. First thing, we cannot aim for anything in yoga practise. With aim, it is not yoga anymore. Second, he doesn't have reading skills, therefore his aim is hopeless.

Yoga is simple indeed. Do thing properly then have the expected outcome. We never pay attention to the outcome but the process, that's the moment.

Connetion

In yoga practice, we learn to sense the ways that different parts of the body influence one another. In standing poses, for instance, creating space between the toes helps us open through the legs and into the hips.

Funny to find out I have all the relationship with the whole department. Anyone has issue will come to me. They tend not to think by their own. They never learn so they don't know what is what.

Will Say

Colleague complained we didn't tell her the schedule when she handed us something which was urgent. If she come to me, I would say "I don't know you don't know".

Then we talked about who would pay, they finally said follow the schedule.

Those are annoying people, asking others for help and with such a "big mouth breath". I told them next time come to me direct.

晚餐

有段時間沒有去這了,炒麵依然好味道。那杯是薑茶。

又吃自選餐,嘻嘻!手卷的紫菜真的好好味道。任吃酸薑也是吸引的地方。

八點二十分就下了車,走了去買Burger King 早餐。店員的安排有點亂,等了一陣子,回到公司才八點四十分。

今晚躲懶,沒有去活動。

Simple

Yoga is simple—realizing the Oneness of Being is the reduction of many to one, a Grand Simplification. Simple means single pointed and focused. Simple means the ability to conduct the force of enlightenment. Simple means the ability to see past outer differences to underlying causes.

“串串貢”

有料的人當然可以“串”,不懂又沒有禮貌的,會跟她說一些她不明白的名詞(拿些文件來看就懂)。為何不懂?覺得不需要學。多問一些,再說多些她不懂的。這時候,會沒趣走開。

不是我不肯教,請拿出誠意來。

別話:同事問為何別人只說一兩句話我就知道他們說什麼,當然,自己處理過的一定記得。

同事問我看到綠燈很是高興啊!我說並不,拿綠燈是應該的。衷心話。做到應該要做的,不需要產生特別情緒。

I only learned how to hold a camera properly only from last night. It is to keep both arms close to the body for camera stability. What I did before was keeping the arm away from the body. When I press the button, the camera tilt.

今晚吃的,連午餐(又吃自選九件,今天吃了三個手卷),共吃了七隻蝦。








某晚吃的,跟著喝珍珠奶茶。立即吐。

話說回來,一陣子沒有吃這裡的麵,很好吃,好像吃著炒麵似的。

老了

跟同事說老了不吃也要平安鐘。其實老了,也吃不了多少。

不知道朋友在這方面有沒有進展呢?

改變

不肯擔負責任,就不會改變自己,業力就永遠存在,這種假的懺悔並無法凈化內心;而且不懺悔改變,便無法真正肯定自己、接受自己。其實,只要肯接受“人是無法逃遁于自己的所作所為”的觀念,就會提醒自己少做一點錯事,這樣便能達到防非止惡的功用。所以懺悔之后,不是什麼事都沒有了,而是要更努力多做功德、多行佈施,以積聚善緣。

無悔

如果我們沒有充分利用、錯過了,我們就會不斷地增加我們的后悔。我們在每天的生活里,要珍惜。通過珍惜,通過奉獻,不斷地創造歡喜,不再創造后悔,而是創造無悔。每一個因緣你都珍惜了,每一個人你都認真對待了,沒傷害他,每一件事你都認真對待了,這樣就符合把握當下不后悔的原則。

可以說,每天都在享受中。

感覺

你自己開心,張相就會開心,那些感覺會滲入相片中。拍攝不在於器材,而是感覺。

朋友說他要買更好的鏡頭。免了浪費金錢吧!給你世界上最好的,也拍不出一點美。原因,他不懂欣賞什麼是美。

我的相機跟他家裡的是一樣的,可拍出來的東西是兩碼事。這就證明了。

在活動中,充分體驗了這個。老師不在,也有所得。看自己怎樣看。

當我們願意接受,什麼也變得有可能。是近來在職場的體驗。

好好笑

一個是這個兩個是這樣,什麼也是我們的責任。出單的人有問題,卻不跟他們說。我又不是跟她說話,她“搭什麼嘴”呢??!!

跟我說幾千塊的事宜,那麼一萬幾千的又如何??!!同一個案呀!

已經跟大家說了建議方案,可還要叫嚷不停(問題在別的國家啊)。好怕這種“女子”(不理會他們不得,處理他們又浪費時間。這類人就是不懂又不願意學習)。不過,我會安然處理事情的。看成自己可以提升的一個機會。

生活

這樣就好。

小朋友

朋友說他的兒子沒有人跟他玩,原因是不懂拋球,於是朋友就跟孩子玩。他有沒有教導孩子呢?小朋友是要跟小朋友一起的。男孩子,自己走入圈子嗎!

有疑問,他不是讓孩子每周都上golf 課堂的嗎?這是一種訓練專注的活動。那麼為何在其他球類不懂拋球??!!不是同樣用swing 這原理嗎??!!

行動了,就成事。

別人也知道

老闆好強調說別人也看到我的表現,其實並不太介意別人是知道還是不知道。不知道的,是他們的問題,要有問題的人知道事實是沒有可能的。他們的不知道是他們願意不知道,不想面對。

還有的是,每天工作,不是為了達到什麼而做,應做就做。老闆說有些事情我就是不做。對啊!無聊,拖得就拖。

Meditation

The essential strengths we cultivate in meditation practice are the willingness to explore, the discovery of compassion for ourselves, the honest examination of our minds, the development of faith in our own potential, and the openhearted allowance of our transformation. When we practice the teachings, our effort is not about somebody else--the Buddha or a great teacher--it's about us. Our meditation is about testing and exploring the direct reality of our experience, moment by moment. Otherwise, our effort in meditation becomes just another story we tell, not our true practice of freedom.

As Practise

If you can learn to establish awareness during walking meditation—when you are physically moving with your eyes open—then it won't be difficult to arouse that same wakeful quality during other activities, such as practicing yoga, eating, washing dishes, or driving. It will be easier for you to arouse mindfulness while walking to a bus stop, through the park, or during any other time. Your meditation will begin to permeate your entire life.

當知道怎樣後,養成習慣並不是難事。

機會

老闆問我如何看發展機會,她說我是唯一一個懂看的。做好自己,公司覺得你重要,就會給機會。創造一個職位很容易的。

對於喜歡投訴的同事,我會令他們知道我的耳朵不懂聽。聽他們說的,浪費時間。自己的職業生涯,自己負責。

故事

對我來說,不是體驗的就是故事。

“後面果個仲遲過我”。遲到就是遲到,還要跟人比較。她說的人就是我,很多時候我都沒有名字的。

大大聲聲跟人說沒有跟進事宜(她的上司也來瞭解事情),可不跟我說(我們做了我們已經可以做的了,可她沒有瞭解過問題在哪)。要發洩也不是拿我的同事來出氣。另一同事看不過眼,好,我們把工作調配一下。來問我們這兩個惡人吧!行過來啊!不要叫過來。

後話:剛剛看到一電郵,好機會來警告那同事。那文件,遲來又沒有正確,怎處理???!!!

午餐

去了吃自選九式,最喜歡紫菜,脆。四件手卷(今天要了兩件),不知道可否吃得完??!!

七十幾

above average 啊!一年沒有工作,才一年就由below average(ex boss 給我的) 到above average。想想,好想笑。
